11. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or related services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), held in Clark County, Nevada. Each party shall bear its own costs. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

13. Termination

Patriot may terminate or suspend access at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
